Audrey's Flowers

Audrey received these beautiful flowers for her birthday. I even let her use my Mark II to take these... So then, she looked at me and said... Mom, I changed my mind.. I don't really want a bike for my birthday.. I'd like a camera instead.

PEE-WEE 2009

My turn to share some images of the Pee-Wee tournament... Here we have Audrey at work. The camera I gave her died a few days ago, so she used grandma's. Her birthday is just around the corner, so maybe... just maybe... she'll get a new one.

Mario Gosselin, Quebec Nordique goal tender at the autograph signing...

Zak had a great time, enjoying the atmosphere and I was quite surpised how he followed the game.

And the three blind mice... ;-)

More photos on my blog...

Pee-Wee 2009

Here are some of Audrey's photos taken at the Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament yesterday. I am trying to get her involved in choosing what type of processing she would like for her photos... I'll be posting some of mine later today or tomorrow.

This one is her favourite... small details that go unnoticed.

I've met Guy Lafleur twice and since then, Audrey has had a facination with him.

I love the composition in this photo. Audrey wanted it in Black and White because "you know mom, it's just like in Guy Lafleur's time"

How cute !!

AUDREY'S VIEW...

I am in love with this image from Audrey.

This was taken about 2 years ago, she would have been 8.

We were on a long drive to go visit the grandparents... and when I say long, I mean long... 12 hours. ! She noticed this old car competition on the side of the highway and wanted to stop. (Honestly, I just wanted to keep going....) So, I turned around and came back for her to get some pictures.

This first one is an SOOC image (Straight out of Camera) and the second is a vintage look of the same image.

I'm so proud of her :-)

Works from Audrey

Browsing through some of my daughter’s work, I chose a few that struck me. These images were taken with a point and shoot Canon PowerShot A85. I particularly like the wooden cabin and how she frames each shot in her viewfinder.

Voici une pâtissière que les indiens utilisaient. La photo a été prise au Zoo de Saint-Félicien.

Une photo prise à l'aquarium de Québec.
